Steps

- Enter your work email and password.
- Click Sign in.
- If prompted for 2FA, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- You’re in.
Tip — Use a password manager and enable 2FA for better security.
Tips
- SSO available? Choose Continue with Google/GitHub if your org uses it.
- Forgot password? Click Reset password to receive a link.
- Too many attempts Wait a few minutes, then try again or reset your password.

Common errors & fixes
| Error | Example | Fix |

| Wrong email or password | Invalid credentials | Check Caps Lock; try Reset password. |
| 2FA code not working | Code expired | Generate a new code; ensure device time is synced. |
| SSO account not provisioned | Account not found | Ask your admin to invite you or use email/password sign-in. |
| Verification required (first login) | Please verify your email | Open the verification email and complete activation. |
